on the support form you have to fill in, they say after testing if the fault is different to what you say, they will not repair and send back console.
the only options on drop down list are
1: i can see 3 red lights flashing
2: i can see a e74 error messege
3: i cant see either the above.
so i had to choose one of the options, and you have to give a brief description of fault
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
