Which one? There's multiple. The first one from the Orchestrated Gaming Concerts arranged by Koichi Sugiyama or a shorted second one later done for a live performance and released on a Orchestrated compilation CD for FFVI. And then they've repeated it for other live performances and tours.

I've heard the full orchestrated gaming concerts by Koichi Sugiyama, it is trully without peers in gaming music and sheer epic scale :) Still, I just love the original Midi version and the entire scene by itself more, it has such a sense of grandeur for a videogame that words cannot explain, people have to experience it for themselves ;)

Of course i want FF8 remade more than any other, because is my favorite of all, besides, Squall, Rinoa, Ultimecia, etc., all in HD, the time travel scene, the INTRO, OMFG THE INTRO!!!

Plus the part where they make the promise, imagine that in cinematics with voices...
