No trolls so far. Reflex is very impressive for a Wii game...makes you think that some devs are just to lazy

Isn't the whole point of the HD advantage of the PS3 and Xbox 360 that a game still looks sharp, clear and full of detail, even on a big ass screen? Watch the Wii version of COD4 on a 32 to 40 inch screen, with next to that the PS3 or Xbox 360 version of COD4 on a 32 to 40 inch screen...than you'll see how big the difference is. To me the Wii version that i see in the video above doesn't look any better than Resident Evil 4 on Wii...or on GC for that matter. |
The difference might be big...but you must admit they did a pretty good job porting it

Maybe they're just... crazy?

Hmm...they seemed to have done a pretty good job. The lighting took a huge hit but other than that the game looks solid.

480p versus 600p (not actually a HD standard), on a 32 inch TV with a decent scaler is not going to be that big a difference. Certainly the game isn't going to look as good on the Wii but in this situation the resolution is not what makes the difference.
Oh noes the PS3 version looks better....
Well at least they did a good job at porting. Though that's not as hard as developing one of the best games of this gen.
Oh Boy, prepare for flame war dude lol
here what i think,
i say the wii version looks good (the lighting looks very good actually) .. its not the best graphics compared to the ps3, its most likely missing a few things... i here the controls on wii are fantastic, so i will be picking it up even though i have the ps3 version.. im getting it because i like playing games a new way
when are reviewers gonna review this game anyway? i think i have a good feeling about the outcome of the review.. if this game gets an 8/10 or something i would think wtf? its the same game as the ps3 and 360 versions but with lower res
But... some developers and fanboys told me it's impossible to port a PS360 game to the Wii without dumbing it down!
My Mario Kart Wii friend code: 2707-1866-0957

From the previews I saw they are not very happy about it. Eurogamer mentions some flaws in the controls also
