DQVI is the last big SE game for DS, at least that's what they have announced so far. And they have no more games for the DS after it.

Excellent news for me. I love all these DQ remakes - never got a chance to play them before.

The DS is a huge money maker for SE. I doubt they don't have more plans for it.
This is the first time that DQVI is playable on another console that is not a SNES so is a big moment.
@Soriku: Ohhh, they haven't announced it then. It could be a game for another platform, like KH Coded was for the Mobile Phones. After January 28th there are no known projects from SE for the DS. That may be giving out some clus that the DS's successor may be around the corner.

I don't think we'll see any more major announcements until the spring either. Dragon Quest is probably pretty much done on DS (and moving to Wii) though we might see an DQIX International rerelease if the western version has significant additions (like online play).
So that's 4 JRPGs releasing on January 28th now?
