Wii = Super Mario Galaxy.

Xbox 360 = Mass Effect. If 360/PC games don't count, then Halo 3 it is.

PS3 = MGS4.

DS = Tie between Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, NSMB and Contra 4.

PSP = Dissidia: Final Fantasy. I think when MGS: Peace Walker releases, this is going to change.

Edit: Ok, seeing people counting PC, I'll have to say: Tie between ESIV: Oblivion (mod heaven) and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

Most consoles have a bit of variety, but Wii is heavily skewed between Brawl and Galaxy and a few votes for RE4... Interesting.

This, for me, is particularly tough for the Wii and PS3.

PSP: J'eanne D'Arc

DS: Elite Beat Agents

360: Tales of Vesperia

Wii: Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

PS3: Valkyria Chronicles

Uncharted 2 and Wii Sports: Resort are still too fresh in my mind to consider but are both heavy contenders for me.

Edit: Is PC permitted? If so I think WoW released a year too early for consideration if we are to align it with the 360 release. Bummer Regardless, they're some amazing ones to pick through... though, when pushed, I'd have to go with Plants vs. Zombies.
