This, for me, is particularly tough for the Wii and PS3.
PSP: J'eanne D'Arc
DS: Elite Beat Agents
360: Tales of Vesperia
Wii: Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
PS3: Valkyria Chronicles
Uncharted 2 and Wii Sports: Resort are still too fresh in my mind to consider but are both heavy contenders for me.
Edit: Is PC permitted? If so I think WoW released a year too early for consideration if we are to align it with the 360 release. Bummer 
Regardless, they're some amazing ones to pick through... though, when pushed, I'd have to go with Plants vs. Zombies.
