The problem with Gaf is that they are simply a forum, not bad actually, they have some excellent members and great discussions, but they think they are more important than they are. VGchartz is more than just a forum, and its growing and gaining more respect each day. Sooner or later, they will need to let go of the grugde and deal with it.

What are their numbers? NPD?  That's not NeoGaf... LOL

I actually like browsing GAF's forums, they seem like generally nice people who know how to handle themselves.

Also they're great for news and such.

I mess around and hate on Neogaf but they do have some awesome people there.

The whole issue with VGC vs Gaf is that Gaf has ties with NPD, they have insiders from NPD on their forums, and traditionally always posted the numbers there.  VGC is like the mortal enemy for NPD, NPD is a company based on selling their information, when that info is avilable for free, there goes their livelyhood so of course they're going to cause a big to do. 

In the end tradition of NPD numbers and the NPD insiders prevailed and VGC was banished from GAF. And so began the tale of VGC becoming epic :P

I don't really care what gaf members think about it they will always believe their NPD members but I really want to know what NPD thinks of this =p.
