What a long and boring podcast. I've suffered far too much listening to this. Especially since there really isn't much in it of substance. Especially the "Important Xbox360 exclusives to head over to PS3" statement. All they said is that because games are being pushed multi plat, they think that some 360 games will see a release on the PS3. It's not a statement based on knowledge or leaked info, it's just a prediction based on trends. The only thing they said that might mean anything was when they pointed out that Microsoft has a deal with Epic for the first two Gears of War games, so a third Gears game could go multiplat. Other than that, this cast was pointless.



I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Don't be a prick Kber81, its unbecoming of you. You can find puzzle elements in the RE series but they aren't puzzle games. Oblivion has a first person perspective and you can shoot arrows and magic at your enemies. Oh well I guess its an FPS :rolls eyes:

@stof @Darc Requiem Prick? Man, chill out a bit. I've just tried to explain why she used "And what's up with all those shooters, jeez" sentence, so what?. I don't know how about your woman but my girlfriend uses term shooter for every type of game where she can spot shooting (she plays only tetris on PC) - probably this is the main reason why I'm much more softhearted than you. Brutals.

LOL @ the list. Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon were funded by Microsoft for Mistwalker for exclusives (2ND PARTY). Its simply not going to happen. Sakaguchi also asked Microsoft if he could be approved to make an MMO game in which they said yes. Money that MS puts into the projects are never going to PS3.

I'm really wondering how accurate this list is. Seems a bit strange with the PS3 having low sales. But, if it is truee, it reinforces the idea that both consoles are pretty much the same.

It's not a list though. Basically in that podcast the guys said that there's a push in the industry to go multi platorm, and that they expect some 360 games will be seen on the PS3. Specifically they predict some Capcom games will. There was never any list of games given. The thread starter just listed off a bunch of major 360 games for the hell of it.

Sorry for jumping down your throat Kber81. You didn't deserve my ire. I'm just sick and tired of people saying that all the 360 has is shooters when that isn't case. I now realize that you weren't implying that. I'll try not to be so quick to jump the gun in the future.
