PSP go is not a strong seller, it´s more of a niche system based on first day sales. Sure we have to wait and see how things turn out the upcoming weeks but as of now it sure is not undershipped. I too think it will sell less than 250-300 k this year.

HOLY SHIT! look at all those flops. I mean one of these are in the single digits of sell through. It'll take over 20 weeks to sell through the first shipment of Tamagotchi.

Naw, Jarrod was saying that since PSP Go only sold 20% of its first shipment in it's first week. Sony expected more. I said it launched in November when Sony will be shipping more than it's expectations to keep up with it's demand in a month. He said Sony won't make another shipment this year. Ha said that most people want to sell out of its shipment within its second week.

I also told him that the Go launched for one day of the week. Sony wouldn't have shipped less than they were going to just because it would have 1 day sales for a third party sales tracker. Even if it did have the usual 3 days Sony still would have shipped that much.

So, it´s pretty much confirmed that PSPgo is a flop saleswise. We waited a week to get the results of the first full weekly sales, according to Famitsu they are only 15k. First day sales of 28k and only 15k for the following seven days! That´s horrible and proof that it will take very looooong time for the first shipment to sell out in Japan. I do not think we will see a second shipment this year anyway.
