which wiifit are we talking about here? the original wii fit, or Plus? if its plus then its a good thing because maybe they wont make another wii fit series, the next one would be wiifit plus plus lol oh god no lol

You can't count balance board sales by adding Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus. A lot of people upgraded/will upgrade to Wii Fit Plus even though they already own Wii Fit. They do sell Wii Fit Plus as a standalone disc you know.

50+ million, man your dreaming if you think that PS3 will actually sell 50-million units by generations end. Now I won't say that the Balance Board will ship more hardware then the PS3 but it is possible. I know when I bought my mom WiiFitPlus (With Balance board) for Christmas I was told it was the last copy in the store and that demand was really high. If WiiFitPlus is still managing to sell high amounts of balance boards then I don't see their being to much of a problem with it selling more balance boards then PS3's.
But as someone else said it's alittle difficult for us to know exactly how many balance boards get sold. Since WiiFitPlus is also sold as a standalone game. But you gotta remember games like Monkey Ball are also lining up to be placed on the balance board. Their is bound to be demand for the balance board long into this generation if not untill next generation!

ZOMG A FLOP!
Yay it's stopped selling so well. Maybe they can start to get more real games on there now like after the decline of Nintendogs and Brain Training, adventure games and rpgs started to become the bulk of the DS' library.
