The Xbox 360 has shipped 34 million units in the same time period as the Playstation 3 shipped 27 million. That's a 7 million difference. Not a 4 million difference that your erroneously claiming (using Q2 shipping numbers for the X360 and Q3 shipping numbers for the PS3).
