A TEKKEN game is releasing next week, PS3 outselling wii next week shouldn't even be debatable unless the Tekken franchise has literally gone to the dogs in terms of hype/sales.

Listen to your comparison for a sec, go outside and take in some fresh air, then think about HARD about your FAULTY logic here.

How is it faulty, the fact that its on Handheld vs. console is irrelevant, many titles sell much more on handheld than console, so the idea that a handheld selling less being reasonable is not supported

It's faulty bud, no two ways about it. The markets aren't alike, no matter which of the two devices in question has the higher sales. They sell to a different group of gamers.

And your support of that?

PS3 gamers buy the same way PSP buyers do?

DS buyers buy the same way Wii buyers do?

Your logic is FLAWED.


You're asking, but not showing, how do you know that if the game appeared on both handheld and console with same level of quality, features and appeal, that sales would not be similar? If you can show me that, then you can say that they are not comparable.

This guy is annoying.

But it's okay.

3D Mario is in a decline. As is Zelda. Monster Hunter too.

I guess my prediction of Tekken 6 > Every Mario ever... Might actually come true!

The psp is a console, you can plug it into the TV.. and play with a dual shock, basically like a PSone/PS2

I'm not making nonsense, you made a mistake and instead of accepting it, you've been trying to say that I should have said something different, but the fact is I said consoles and PSP is referred to as a handheld, so your initial comment was wrong
