OK at this point I really think we need Dgc to specifically roleclaim. I'm confident there are at least two doctor-type roles, but if he's one of them we don't want to let Khuutra or whoever else decides to hog the doctor go unprotected.

If you're the doctor, Dgc, then you can protect whoever. If not, then the doctors need to know.

I'm a Doctor... happy??? I'm willing to say it since that's what most of you were all probably thinking... If there's another Doctor, I'd like them to protect Khuutra...
