Jambo Safari
Platforms: Wii/DS

Alright I actually didn't even know this game was coming till this months issue of Nintendo Power. I was suprised the initial trailer was shown months ago and nobody talked about it. Infact I remember back at Playdium in Vancouver I would spend hundreds upon hundreds of tokens playing Jambo Safari the origional arcade game. Some times I would spend a whole hour playing Jambo Safari alone and I beat the game several times.

But my Playdium closed down and that meant no more Jambo Safari. So I bought a DreamCast hoping for a Jambo Safari port. I remember scowering the web trying to find out ways I could play the game. I got desperate even trying to download the roms because their was litterily no other way to play the game!
Now my dream is coming true and Sega is bringing Jambo Safari to the Wii and DS. I'm hyped as heck for it so I went to pre-order it at my local EBGames and they told me that it was launching at a budget price of 39.99$. I almost pissed my pants I was so happy and when I got home I began researching the game some more. Soon I realized that other then the basic capturing animals you enjoyed in the arcades their is now photography and animal grooming. Their are more features tacked on to make the experiance even better.
Everyone always argues that Sega is not the same Sega and that they need to go back to their roots. People argue Sega isn't creating any of their classics and that they should go with classic tried and true gameplay. Now Sega's bringing us a classic and its like nobody gives a crap. Come on bringing an arcade hit to the Wii, its exactly what Sega fans have been asking for!
I'm just hoping they left the prehistoric bonus level in the Wii port.

So Am I really the only one hyped up for this game?
