OP: Arguably, yes. They're still world class but I do feel that they've been on a steep decline since the N64 era, which was their best console ever with the best 1st party titles imo.

I love them and they always try to make the consumers happy. They been doing that with me. Anywho the only problem I do have with them is that there is not enough hardcore games on there systems as of late.

why won't people stop using the word "hardcore"? :(

If I had to guess, I'd say it's because they actually think it means what it's been hyped up to mean.  Alas, they are victims of a (viral) marketing buzzword.
