Isn't there any Japan and other pre-order chart list? not just on this site but any where?

There are probably Japanese pre-order charts somewhere. Loads of tracking agencies in Japan.

D'oh .. Why is it that VGChartz does have any pre-orders chartz from Japan and others?

Stuff like that takes time to set up. I'm sure it will happen eventually.
