Hey isn't that the kid that was in the movie 300?

That's messed up, seriously.

I wish I started that early.

This is going to stunt his growth. Congrats parents, you just made your kid a (buff) midget.

My thoughts exactly.

@tedster

Ninjas are supposed to be small.

These were my words. You can not start lifting weights until 13, imo.

And I think 13 is a little early, but it'll depend on the height and size of the child.

I started lifting weights when I was 7 or 8 after my oldest brother started lifting weights and I haven't had any physical problems from it ... There is nothing wrong with children doing any form of physical excercise as long as it is using correct form under supervision at a moderately-low level of intensity/weight. Don't get me wrong, what I did could best be described today as "Playing Lifting Weights" being that I (probably) only lifed weights once or twice a week for 10 to 15 minutes in most cases only lifting the bar with (at most) 2.5 or 5 pound weights on each side.

On top of this, I'm not certain this child has used steriods but the alternative may not be any better. Even without steroids, women body builders can put on a lot of muscle through weight-lifting and can look huge due to extreme dieting (making them lean enough to have high definition).

With that said, I don't think this is healthy at all ... The extreme level of weight lifting and diet needed to get these results from such a young child would probably have serious consequences.

Cool. I saw him on YouTube once and always wondered if he would become a famous bodybuilder as adult.
