uh, I don't even want to think how big that game is for an optional install, would most likely take a lot of space, it's not exactly a DVD size game ya know?

there is a few games out there with optional installs.. tekken 6 is gonna have it too.


and @dude who said most games have required installs.. Stop lying.

no, most all games require an install on the ps3...it just so happens that uncharted 2 is optional

tekken 6 has the Optional install also on the ps3. i have seen the Optional installs geting samller like 300 or 400 mbs. i would like to see none of them on the ps3

The box does say it requires 1gb of HDD space, but it doesn't install anything, my guess is that it is cacheing to the HDD during the singleplayer, hence no loading screens.

 

Personally I would love to install the multiplayer part since those loading screens add up over time.

That's right, it does say 1GB install on the back of the box.

It has two slots in the Game Data section. One is 44MB. One is 62MB. 106MB total. Where did the 1GB come from?
