Well now this pisses me off, PC used to be my main gaming platform, yet now every single multiplatform game gets released first on consoles, than half a year later on PC. I hope it will be atleast bug free with some additional content (like Gears of War).

Alan Wake is one of the boss games next year. It's a strong contender for GOTY 2010 and has a good shot at selling over 3 million copies.

Are you sure about that? I believe the game to be great, that's nobrainer. But the gamestyle psychological horror isn't exactly mainstream... (I'm shitting myself over RE4 so go figure)

No, I'm not sure. But remember that Bioshock sold 2.5 mill and Resi always sold well, Resi 5 already 2.5 mill on X360.

I think I'll wait a bit to see if they pick up PC development again as it seems odd they'd just can PC development altogether. If not I'll get it on 360, hopefully the PAL version will work on NTSC-J 360's.

It's a Microsoft published game... I have no idea how they are with region coding, but I'm sure you're more knowledgable about it than I am

Awesome news! Thanks for this update CGI. I've been following this title since 2005, and have been posting on the Alan Wake forums for a long time as well, it's nice to see it finally getting the attention it deserves. I will be pre-ordering the next chance i get!

I'd like to get Alan Wake on PC. Has the PC version really been canceled?
