Not necessarily a professional way to present it but I can understand his reasons... although I'm sure there is another side to this story as well.

The name sounds like shovelware to me "Renegade Kid’s Son of the Dragon..."

Renegade Kid’s is the dev, and they make quality games

but what will happene to the project now?

these guys need to learn how to make a budget before starting a project....

Sell 100K copies and you have about 2-3M budget (20-30$ per game). That should be enough for a team of 10 for a year no? (assuming 200K salary a year... which i have no idea if it's a lot)...
