Legally, no, it's the internet. You have free speach on YOUR website. On somebody elses, you do not. ioi is the only one who has complete rights to free speach on VGChartz. That's not what free speech means, in any country where freedom of speech is a legal right.

However there is no first amendment or free speech rights on a privately run internet forum. If you don't like the way mods run the show excercise your freedom to no longer participate in the forum. If the mods do a crap job then the market will win out and people will go chat on other forums. There's plenty of gamer forums to choose from.
