That's not what free speech means, in any country where freedom of speech is a legal right.
However there is no first amendment or free speech rights on a privately run internet forum. If you don't like the way mods run the show excercise your freedom to no longer participate in the forum. If the mods do a crap job then the market will win out and people will go chat on other forums. There's plenty of gamer forums to choose from.
