well, LeoJ and Megaman 2 have both been brought back from Perma bans I believe. So it is possible, however, a one year ban seems sufficient enough, and if he did anything more, perma ban his ass to eternity!

Getting banned from a forum is not such a bad thing, at least it wasn't a paying job or anything.

Well, I'd say it's likely that he was already warned. It's incredibly rare that mods just ban people on a whim (at least as far as I've seen).

You can claim that the bans are too harsh in length, but they rarely make bans that shouldn't have been bans.

I always see people getting banned for really stupid reasons. Mods should have to give out more warnings, not just one.

So when he insulted people they give him a warning. When he posts porn give him a warning. Not just perma banned him,

that makes no sense at all to do.

I feel warnings are for violations that might not seem so obvious. Posting porn isn't something you should just be warned about...

You get a warning for everything you do besides posting porn I believe. And he wasn't perma-banned for that. He was perma-banned for making a lot of alts and continueing to  do bad stuff.
