OP - do you practice what you preach?
Personally, I believe it's hard not to have an opinion, and rather bland also, the trick is to guard against unfounded bias and particularly negative bias. But bias is only the lesser evil - double standards is what I hate more than anything.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
