Not quite. Ninja Gaiden IP is owned by Tecmo. Demon's Souls is fully owned by Sony.

That worst thing is that it's not even released in Europe on PS3. I wonder how much it costs over here imported.

So, someone said MS had a chance to take DS is misleading.

Only €50? So it's pretty cheap to import even from NA. Doesn't your regular new games cost €60 in Italy?
