+ Great atmosphere and visuals that really draw you in (im a sucker for sci-fi though)
+ The obligatory vehicle (rover) sections are surprisingly well done
+ Combat, loot whoring and exploring the main planets is fun
+ Very deep character customization and development

- Resolving things by "Renegade" or "Paragon" seems to have little to no impact on the story.
- Many side-quest planets are incredibly repetitive, with buildings and their contents blatantly copy and pasted from other worlds
- Ridiculously long elevator rides with the PC version

The elevator rides are even longer on the X360 version.

+ Beautiful graphics
+ Dialogues and cutscenes are nice
+ Fun combat
+ A palpable atmosphere

- Glitches over glitches over glitches

Where's Butnout?

It didn't make it into the top 12.  If you wanna see it click the link on the bottom of the OP.

9.5

I think this game has a nice story, great gameplay, great graphics, nice cutscenes. But there were a few glitches and I thought the main story was too short, also the elevator rides were annoying.

It's my favourite game of this gen so far. Although the game has many (and that means MANY) technical flaws it's such a gem in story-telling and character development that they're not too difficult to overlook in my opinion.

I agree completely with Montana Hatchet about the ending hitting such a high note relative to the rest of the game but that's the same reason many people (including myself) had such a good view from Halo: CE. And there were many little character interactions along the main story that totally caught me off guard and surprised me.

I've played it through 4 times and am working on my fifth and am still finding new scenarios and trying new gameplay techniques and mechanics from all the different classes. Although the game is short for an RPG if you want to rush through it there is a load of replay value for those who enjoy the core gameplay but want to try new things each time.

Soundtrack is awesome, characters are memorable, script is very well written and presented, it has a good pacing and a fair amount of content (albeit slightly repetitive). It also has a sci-fi charm about it that really sucks you into the world if you're into that sort of thing.

The only thing keeping it from being perfect in my eyes are the side missions on the repetitive planets.

Also I found that the performance improved immensely from installing the game so that also helped it earn more credit from me.

Just do it.

Even longer than what I experienced? Wow, you x360 players are patient.

Also, obligatory PA comic:

Demon's Souls Official Thread  | Currently playing: Left 4 Dead 2, LittleBigPlanet 2, Magicka

^^Awesome lol!

I guess I kind of boxed myself in here. I gave Oblivion a 10/10 because there was some hate on the thread, and I liked this game more than that. So can I go 11/10? I keed! I will have to give it 10/10 because it's my favorite game this gen and I can't score it worse than Oblivion.

I give Mass Effect a... 18/2

I got every gamerpoint in this game. lulz. That's 1050 for all the noobs out there.
