Forums - Sony - Rumor: Dragon Age: Origins Ps3 CE Confirms Mass Effect 2 on Playstation 3?

First it was the listing on GAME. Then it was the listing on EA's official Russian website. Now it's an amazon description for another BioWare game and that's not even mentioning BioWare's refusal to comment on the issue.

Taken seperately any one of those could be dismissed as a coincidental mistake, but having three coincidences in a in a row pop up out of nowhere seems a lot more like a pattern to me.

no secret is ever safe nowadays in the gaming business, but I guess sometimes it can't be helped. It'd be nice if it came onto ps3 but its not necessary.

If I had to guess, I would also agree that it will be going multi-

Copy and pasta...hmm...pasta...

Don't you just love it. I swear for the amount of people complaining about MGS4  rumours back in the day, you sure turn your colours when Mass Effect 2 rumours pop up. Seriously this is a copy and paste mistake. Until a real announcement happen, we can stop posting typos.

I Agree. Don't forget however, that it works both ways.

You statement seems to point to it being one way traffic from a particular group.

Many posters who were against MGS4 on x360 are now for ME2 on PS3 and those for MGS4 on x360 are now against ME2 on PS3.

The colours usually, change on both sides.

I didn't give a shit when MGS4 was rumoured to go to the 360 (it could have gone for all I cared)
With regards to this one, I was agreeing with the people who said it was a copy and paste job in an attempted humourous way (albeit a failed attempt).

Both taken from Amazon. Very similar but doesn't look like a direct copy and paste to me.

The item in question works in both ME2 and Dragon Age...if you buy the colector's, you get it for the PS3 in Dragon Age, and if you do so for the 360, you get it in ME2 and Dragon Age.  It was brought up at Bioware's site for ME, and somebody claried the point.  The person putting the entry in for this, in the decription and might have assumed that this exposed that the game was coming for the PS3, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Should the J man lock the thread now?

N64 is the ONLY console of the fifth generation!!!

I don't think this is true, when I was preordering the game a few weeks ago I was looking at this but I think it is just the PC version and maybe 360.

The 'weird' thing is I remember this happened with bioshock, the pc version had some code for the ps3 version of the game (obviously this was hacked from the pc version ). Then like what a year later the game was revealed and distributed world wide. So maybe this does have some truth to it, but we will not know until a year from the day of release of ME2 or if the same code is included with the pc verison.

I don't care if Mass Effect comes to PS3 cause I got em both now. Bring it over with extra content for all I care.

I've stated before that it wasn't going to happen, yet now I'm not sure lol. Either way, I never did finish the first Mass Effect, nor do I plan on purchasing the second one. It's not going to matter to me if it comes to PS3 or not.

Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"
