Rumor: Modern Warfare 2 Delayed till December

Part of our trusted team has just discovered a picture on the CodNation forums that could indicate that Modern Warfare 2 is delayed. The picture indicates someone having a conversation with Infinity Ward Community Manager Robert Bowling (A.K.A. FOURZEROTWO). In the conversation, 'FOURZEROTWO' says;

"...i've been told the team is struggling to meet the deadline... worst case scenario is the game being delayed till early December"

Take this extremely lightly as it could just be a fake, someone could just be taking the role of Robert Bowling. We're certainly hoping this is just a fake as many people we know are already frustrated at waiting another month for this year's most anticipated game. We'll bring you more updates as we get them.

HOWEVER....if this happens....it will be BIG?

If it got delayed into 2010 then we might never see some games.

But I doubt this'll end out happening.

MW2 got delayed to December to stop it from competing with... itself...

I wonder if this is a clever ploy to get even more sales as they will have a few extra hundred thousand consoles if they wait a few more weeks till they release it?

It's weird how a conversation like this occurs and people fear the worst.

Not if they announce it tomorrow, then we'd get all those Q1 games this christmas!!!

Didn't GTA4 get delayed at the last minute or a few months before its October 16th 2007 Release Date (yes I'm sad enough to remember its original release, shoot me)

If Modern Warfare 2 would get delayed til 2010....
Left 4 Dead 2 has the potential to be a 5 million seller !!!!!
