Oh I know this already...Its more then the reason why I'm getting a PS3 this holiday season.

hmmm...looks like previous R&C titles. Nothing new here. I very much take exception with the OP calling this NEW gameplay. Any fan of the series will tell you that there is nothing new under the R&C Sun in that trailer. That being said, R&C was one of the best platforms (and games in general) last generation so Sony should be proud to have this one under its belt. Now where is that Jak and Daxter sequel I've been waiting for?

It does but, you have to give Sony there creditibiltiy for this franchise, its cool and very entertaining. I need to buy the PSP version of the game to.

It looks good, but not much more so than the previous R&C games. I'm not obsessed with graphics, but I was expecting a bit more from the PS3. Maybe that area simply wasn't the best example of the PS3's might though.

Core gameplay looks the same which is both good and bad, though mostly good.

The camera still gets stupid in certain spots (unless that was the player).

Looks like a good game (as R&C tends to be), but not nearly strong enough to sell me personally on the PS3.

You guys need to play this on a tv... it looks nothing like that.

So far, from what I have read on forums, the people most excited about the game are people who have never played R&C.

I played all 4 games-released in the course of 4 years *hint*- and I would not call this NEW Gameplay. Every single game, even this one, plays exactly the same. The weapons are the only new addition to the gameplay.

So, for me, this is still not enough for me to buy a PS3.
NOW, if they get Sly and Jak out- all of those games were really varied from one to the other, THEN I will consider a purchase.

Did you play it on the PS3 yet? If you didn't you should, it plays better than watching a video.
