GT PSP won't reach any GTA PSP type of numbers and people still think it will sell 10 million on PS3, what a joke. |
GTprologue sold 4 million plus on ps3, so that pretty much says that when GT5 gets here (billion dollar IP) it is going to sell gangbusters (10 million is no problem). I notice you are very negative towards anything sony related, why oh why do you post if this is all you can contribute to conversations? Why don't you wait tell there is something you would like to talk about positively, then most people would actually start to 'respect' you again. This site does not track downloads, how do you know it did not do 750,000 first week including downloads?
lol like if I care about the ''respect'' of some unknown internet user like yourself. GTAIV PS3 is very far away of the 10 million mark so what make you think GT5 will do better?
Oh but maybe you want me to repeat for the hundredth time how good GT:PSP did like a blinded PS3 fan? (when we all know this is no good numbers at all) If not, then you have to accept my point of view on that matter, even if it doesnt fit with yours.

You do realise that GTA4 is multiplat?
yes, and...?
So there is an extra insentive to buy it on the much cheaper 360... Which also has extra content and a massive lead in GTA main territory, NA.
If the game was timed exclusive/exclusive it would be at ~8 Million/10 Million by now.
Where did you find those numbers? If you want to back up your agument please use real numbers and/or past trends rather than throwing numbers from your imagination.
It's called common sense, you should try it sometime.
Where else would the 7.2 Million 360 sales end up? The Wii version?
Ok so you're saying that 7.2 million of people would have bought a PS3 just to play GTAIV? Please... don't talk about common sense anymore.
And the fact that DS softwares sell great isnt an explanation of why people doesnt talk about piracy to justify its sales. Following your logic we could affirm that NSMB didnt reach 30 million yet because of piracy.
