Meh, I started ToS some months ago, played it for quite a while, but I stopped playing and never finished it.
I don't really get why everybody thinks it's such an awesome game. I found the gameplay and -flow to be slow, the menu systems confusing, and the voice-acting annoying. Plus the game doesn't look too hot either.

But if people like the game, well good for them, but I for one don't. There are too many games out there that are better, imho, and deserve my time more than this one does.

Don't come into a thread that is about playing a game and celebrating it just so that you can poop on said game. It is uncool.

Where did you stop?

It starts of really slow before getting really good. If you're still before the journey of regeneration has ended, I can only recommend you to endure it. What's more, you can endure it with us ;)

i dont understand why everybody hates that part..it was fav and Kratos was there

I'm going slower than I originally envisioned because real life got in the way, but I just reached the first human ranch (marble cutscene and all) and hopefully will be able to advace more tomorow.

I'm actually surprised how well the game aged, it's still really, really pretty.

Also, cheers Soriku, shame you can't join us.

Bah, I'm too lazy for this. >_
I'll just visit this thread to discuss the game, though.

I played like an hour since the last post. I've made it through the sewers in that first city on Teth-something. Thats about it.

"And yet, I've realized that maybe living a "decent" life means you won't ever have a "good" life."

I would totally join if Demon Souls didn't have my attention and if I didn't have midterms.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to join right now :( Anyway, this is a very nice way of fans doing what Namco should be doing: hyping the game for the EU release!

Hmm looks like I’ll have to add my name to the list of people who can’t replay it. I’m just finishing Prime and Uncharted 2 is out on Friday. But I’m still excited for TOS2 next month. It’s took long enough but it’s finally here =D
