So I'm thinking about getting the MGS level pack for LBP.

I heard that DLCs are region locked. Are these the typical regions like PAL/NTSC/NTSC-J or just countries ?

Cause I have the UK version of LBP and don't know if I should buy the content from the German or the UK PSN store.

PAL is PAL, you should be fine no matter what you choose

I can't give you a definite version either way, but I think that it should be fine to get it from the German store
