I like both games. They aren't similar enough to compare like that though.

One thing I've learned on VGChartz, is that the rule for game quality goes like this: PS3 exclusives > Multiplats > Xbox360 Exclusives, and Nintendo doesn't count except to type the word "waggle"

Seriously though, I bet this is a good game, but in order for it to be better than Oblivion, Mass Effect and Fallout 3, it would have to be one of the top 3 games of all time! It might be, maybe I should check it out. I have a buddy somewhere with a PS3.

Don't have any no, but I borrowed the game from a buddy who imported it, so in essence, I played it before it was available in the US. Now, I plan on buying the US version when I get some spare cash, right now I'm broke...

Maybe u should work more?

Got bills man. Also, just preordered Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed II, Left 4 Dead 2, The Modern Warfare 2 360 Bundle and just bought a PSP-3000. That adds up...

Can someone tell how important online lag is in this game?

From m y understanding it's not too big of a deal if there's a lag cos u dont interact very often with a server - mostly just to get some text messages and these ghost avatars to see how other players beat or died on bosses, right?

Im asking cos Im in Euripe and this game maybe wont release here and Id have to play on American servers so would get a 200 ms lag.

I see. I don't see how you think Demon's Souls is one of the best if you haven't beat the first boss.....

lag isn't really important. if your not co op than its just for messages and to see how somebody died. I've done co-op a couple of times and as far as I can tell it doesn't effect the enemies at all. It's like the players just arrive in your game, so I don't think it's a big deal as far as I can tell

Lag wouldn't matter unless you're actually playing in another person's world. If you are PvP'ing or Co-oping then yes, you might see some slight lag.
