You mean 'Wii would like to help'

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Kotaku is saying that NSMB Wii seems harder than NSMB on DS ... so it looks like the Super Guide mode has allowed Nintendo's designers to include harder challenges.

This is a good thing guys.

I think 8 lives is a bit much.

maybe it should be 4 so if you start with 5 you could go through a game over with getting one.

Two Japanese dudes show up at your door bowing, while Japanese guitar music is playing in background

Finally Cammie will be able to get past the first goomba, still doubt on the Koopa though.

Now my sister won't have to call me every 10 minutes to beat a level for her!

Granted, she doesn't have a Wii, so she won't have this game anyhow. But it's the thought that counts.

lol. Well, this is a win for me. I initially thought that the Super Guide was going to be used only when needed, which would be a let down because of the lack of challenge. I love a hard Mario game, and since this gives the incentive to developers to make levels harder, it means the game will have a good length.

Now I'm really psyched for this game

This is the true definition of owning.

This is awesome news

It provides a guide service for those who need it, but won't beat the level for them - it's essentially video gamefaqs, but without revealing secrets.
Not popping up till you lose 8 lives means we won't see it much
It means they can make their games harder

Bring it on Ninty
