I know its a great game its a 10/10 for me play it for a few hours the beta and love it but dont expect to keep the 97 for much longer.

Forza 3 will be on the market half a year before GT5. It will also have the holiday sales boost, GT5 wont. GT5 will eventually overtake forza 3, but not in 24 hours

GT Was AAA in the 90s.

and it doesn't. GT have all those plus weather, day and night circles, NASCAR, WRC.

forza has things over GT and vise versa.

the only difference is that we got 2 AAA games in less time then one AAA GT game comes out.

My post was in response to another user saying Forza was getting better "reviews" as justification its a better game, better recepted game, better quality. My point was review scores dont = success either in sales or enjoyment or even quality.

Even though ill end up getting both, i know ill like gt5 better. Simply cuz gt is the best racing series of all time.
