it's a good casual FPS, rewards you even if you're not really good, encouraging you to PLAY and don't really be "scared" of the game (except when you're playing Sabotage and you're the only one left :P). also, once you earn a weapon you just go and use it, no worries if it's not on that map, or your "class" don't have it or all the positions for that "class" are taken.

I want a shooter that is like Golden eye 64. With 4 player split screen. Where you can all just kill each other and have a laugh with people in the same room as you

That's pretty much Halo for ya, or Timesplitters 2 or 3, which were basically GE/PD reincarnated.  COD also has splitscreen offline MP, but its just not the same or as fun as classic style console FPS games like Halo or Timesplitters.

best online ever is the main reason. my psn friends play cod 4 and 5 all the time.

Yh i know but the xbox controlers seem to hate my hands lol. I really have tryed my best to get used to them but i cant. I want something on PS3 that does that. I think the closest thing to it so far is... I dont even know lol

Or even beyond. It's actually kind of scary. It's the one series that EVERY SINGLE PERSON with a current gen console will own at least one iteration of- even the Wii owners have WaW.

Changing the setting from ww2 to the modern era reinvigorated an already hugely popular series.

It made the game fresh.
