30k in america on launch hmm we can say its a flop atleast in US and i bet in Europe it will be even worse. Its for sure not the fault of PS3 its the fault of PSP Go its a rip off. For the Customers and the Retailers.

the PSP go is a brilliant idea with the stupidest execution-

advantages of PSP/ how sony ruined it:

Lack of UMD= better battery life/ sadly not true same battery life as old PSP

smaller, sharper better screen/ controls too close for comfort

smaller size= older accesories incompatible/ yes including ur damn MS pro duo cards!

No way to transfer older games/no way to transfer old games

No UMD(better profits for SONY/devs)= no resale market= pissed off retailers

No removable battery/ removing it voids ur warranty



Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

5 THINGS I'd like to see before i knock out:

a. a AAA 3D sonic title

b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"

c. redesgined PS controller

d. SEGA back in the console business

e. M$ out of the OS business

It's not been out a full week yet, and has reported 30,000?... How does it flop?  Sure, you guys don't want it, and neither do I.  But, whatever, just wait and see what happens.  There are lots of people who only play portable gaming devices, maybe this along with their cell-phone means downloading games while they're doing something unrelated to gaming... Like.. living life?  Then, when they're ready to play again, awesome, new game they technically didn't have to wait to DL.

Use your phone to download games, and then when you're ready to play your go, it will be finished.   Use common sense.  Download when you're not using the device, not when you want to play it.  I don't think anyone will be downloading so many games that it becomes a huge problem.  Download them in your sleep if you're actually downloading a game a day.

If that's still a problem, use PSN from your PC, and download it from there, then copy it to the Go.  No more complaining about DL times..

As for everything else, do like me.  Forget it, and upgrade to 4000 with a 32GB memory stick when it comes out.

I'm not sure... probably because it's compared to the first week 400K launch of another handheld device...



MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

Current DD system made it flop. If those games were resonaly priced it would be lot more atractive.
