I don't expect the gameplay to be amazing. Three quaters of the development group are CGI workers. The game when it eventually comes out will be, graphically a technologic master piece if they don't sacrifice anything for A.I and physic caculations etc which they shouldn't need to if they can output 1080p 60fps with just one 360/PS3 3.2ghz core.
Having a Xbox "original" demo back in 2005 with graphics on par with id's Rage is very hard to believe but hey, it could be true with their special texture methods.
its not 1080p.. it may be upscaled 1080p, or close to 1080p resolution, but its not native 1080p resolution..

What the hell are you talking about now? Are you still talking about the 1024x1024 environment textures for every 4 metres squared of gameworld? That 4 metre squared texture will not be filling 100% of your screen at one time (maybe 5%?) will it? You could have something like 30 1K textures and 20 2k textures on your screen at once.
And the game is being rendered native 1080p.

I'm not claiming absolute knowledge here or anything, but what I've seen of this game doesn't even look as good as Rage. What I'm saying is this, one way or another, I'll let the game speak for itself when it finally releases.
I think I misunderstood somthing here, A game that looks like Rage and it ran at 60fps was done on the original Xbox ...I have to see it to believe it. Rage a huge open world game that visually is looking to raise the bar higher than the currents ones out now, is not even polished nor is a final product yet is being compared too.
I included graphics like KZ2, U:2, FM3 as current ones cuz at least everybody has played U:2 or Forza 3 demos and have a ruff idea of how the final game will look like.
