Seems like the guy that reviewed Arctic Edge likes Motorstorm a lot more than the guy that reviewed the original and Pacific Rift.

I like Motorstorm. It's a nice distraction game that I turned on from time to time. I didn't like the online multiplayer setup though.

In the case of Motorstorm, which even in its PS3 incarnation is a pick-up-and-play arcadey game, there was no such mismatch and the resulting scores are better, even though from the videos I don't really see how this game might be much better than GT:PSP when it comes to the main course of driving.

Sometimes a game is just funner to play. It's hard to break it down to an exact reason, and bulletpoints rarely do it. Just because you can't SEE why a game is better from a video doesn't make it so.
