Not a FIFA fan, instead a PES fan. So, PES 2010 will be the same price as FIFA 10 ?
My friend bought it from Tesco Direct a month or so ago for£32 and when it was released it was £24.99 in store.
He got an email saying they are refunding the difference.
Can't argue with that. I've pre-ordered Forza and Assassins creed 2 from them for around £30 each so hoping they have similar first week deals when they are released.
Not that he or I were complaining about paying £30 on release day.
Presumably to keep competitive, yes. Football games usually get heavily discounted in the Uk early anyway.

Fifa 09 sold 8.28m copies in just 12 months making it one of if not thee fastest selling game to reach 8m. The numbers are provided above.
Fifa 10 has only been on sale 5 working days in europe and has already sold 1.7m copies making it the 2nd fastest selling computer game of all time in europe and EA's biggest selling game to date.
