Huh? Its not like people buy the console 2 weeks before the game (they want) releases.

Great sales for ps3, good thing its holding on. Ds is really a beast.

Well 360 also had a price cut and i think Halo 3 odst helped a little bit. Nevertheless if both can sustain at 80k a week then its great.

Umm... 360 is ahead of the PS3 in NA because of Halo. PS3 sold more in NA this week than 360 did last week. Also the $200 Wii will affect the 360 Arcade sales more than the 360 Elite or PS3 sales.

I know man, this goes back to the whole internet hype vs. hype in outer world. If hardware sales are going to increase, it'll be just days before release.

IMO nothing comes close to the hype machine that was Halo3. I have yet to see uncharted2 make the headlines on the TV news channels and the press.
Now check to see how many x360s were sold 3weeks before Halo3 launched in comparison to the week it did.
