Your bones are pretty much done growing by the time you're 18 (and even without that there are many disputes about whether cow milk is any good, including its calcium, to the human body).
Too much calcium intake/absorbtion past that age makes bones harder and less flexible, hence easier to break.
Though I don't think it starts at 18 or anywhere close to that, it's something my mum is worrying about (and she's 60), not me.
mmmm oreos and milk ,anyway i drink semi skimmed milk I had to convince my mum cause she use to buy full fat milk
in the uk Blue lid- full fat
green lid -semi skimmed
red lid- skimmed
but to be honest, full fat does taste so much nicer
Red Top= Whole milk

I drink what's available but about 60% of the time I drink 2% reduced fat milk.
Pixel Art can be fun.
Skim milk.
I don't really like milk but I know it's good for the health so I drink some.
I rarely drink milk.
When it's plain white milk... I drink Skim Milk. Tastes a lot like water... rather then other milks which taste almost too heavy to be a liquid.
