This is pretty simple. You pick a game you'd like to see on the Virtual Console, but is not on ther yet.

Try to make it possiblee. We're never going to see EarthBound, we're never going to see Goldeneye, don't worry about it. Pick things that might actually happen.

Me? I'd like Ogre Battle 64. That'd be sweet.

All the games I'd like on the Virtual Console (UN Squadron, Mischief Makers, Harvest Moon 64, etc) I just went out and bought on their actual consoles. The VC is essentially dead due to WiiWare and even if the Virtual Console did pick up, the chances of one of the games I wanted coming out are slim.

In the end, to actually get the games you want, you need to buy them and not hope Virtual Console (or XBLA or PSN or any other service) will someday put them up for download on the cheap. If you want to go down that road....there's the 'alternative' service through PC.

I want it as much as you do, but it's never coming.

I have to say there aren't that many more games I'm waiting for on virtual console, the ones I was anticipating have all been released. What I would really like now is a virtual hand held on the DSi. But if I had to pick one for virtual console I would go with Super Mario Kart.
