SNES:
Lufia & the Fortress of Doom
Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals
All the Mega Man Xs
Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures
Populous
Robotrek
There would be a lot more on this list but my SNES still functions (and I have Earthbound, and Chrono Trigger, and FFIII (6))

N64:
Bomberman 64
BattleTanx: Global Assault
SSB (might convince me to get 2 more classic controllers)
Harvest Moon 64
Diddy Kong Racing (probably wont happen, maybe XBL?)
Jet Force Gemini (again, maybe XBL)
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
LEGO Racers
Rush 2: Extreme Racing USA
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron
Star Wars: Episode I Racer

That one's already on the VC dude!  And I fully agree with the rest of your list, especially the N64 titles.

My VC wish list pretty much comes down to this... less crappy NES/Master System/Genesis/TG16/NeoGeo shovelware titles, and more SNES/N64 games!  Looking at each system's VC lineup, with the exception of the N64 so far, you'd wonder why the hell people went crazy over those systems back in the day in the first place!  We should be getting the cream of the crop for each system, not the bottom of the barrel!  I'm honestly surprised that games like Superman 64 haven't found their way onto the VC yet... but it's only a matter of time!

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Does Rare own Diddy Kong?  I would be very suprised if that was the case seeing as how he was first created for the Donkey Kong Country games, and Donkey Kong is owned by Nintendo!!  If the game were to come to XBL I would imagine Diddy Kong would not be in the game and it would have to be caled something else!!

^^^ Diddy Kong Racing was ported to the DS in 2007 with online multiplayer... Nintendo owns the rights to anything Donkey Kong related even though they were all developed by Rare, so there's zero chance of them coming to XBL.

Yea, I knew Diddy Kong Racing is on DS. I just read somewhere that Diddy Kong was more shifty than Donkey Kong. Banjo and Conker are both in Diddy Kong racing, but their games ended up on XBL. I would like to know who owns the rights to Diddy Kong, He may have been created by Rare.

Edit: From wikipedia "Characters Conker the Squirrel and Banjo the Bear were replaced with characters Dixie Kong and Tiny Kong due to copyright issues with Rare, Ltd. after Microsoft bought the company from Nintendo in 2002."

So Rare would release Diddy Kong racing for DS, but had issues putting those two characters on there...odd?'

Also, Diddy is in SSB:B and Mario Kart, so he is owned by Ninty, I assume.

I have to say there aren't that many more games I'm waiting for on virtual console, the ones I was anticipating have all been released. What I would really like now is a virtual hand held on the DSi. But if I had to pick one for virtual console I would go with Super Mario Kart.

This!

i still have that faint dream that microsoft will get fed up with rare and regurgitate them so i can get their games on vc :(

i'll be waiting a while probably >.
