My grandmother had a stroke. She went to the hospital, and they sent her home. The doctor told her to stretch. The next day, she couldn't walk or talk. A couple of months later, she was dead.

My daughter had seizures, multiple times a day, every single day for about a year. Then, one day, they just stopped.

Nothing, if it's "a bit" as in you can talk then it is not Tetanus, if you had that then it would be so stiff you can't talk, just ruling it out. It is *not* Tetanus. As I said earlier, most likely a compressed nerve, nothing to worry about, just relax and stop worrying about it, perhaps take a nap with your neck  well supported.
