Forums - Nintendo - rumor - galaxy 2 playable next month?

link

i dont know if this is legit or not but galaxy 2 was on a list (line up) for the micromania game show next month. its just a rumor right now and it may not happen at all but i thought it was worth mentioning. but if it does happen that would mean the game would be playable first next month.

I think they said the game was finished and the only reason it wasn't being released now was because they didn't want it to coincide with NSMBWii's release. Anybody know if that's true?

doesnt sound too illogical, since their're using the same graphics engine and same theme i guess from the first game. Still i feel they will delay it quite a while

SMG2 will be wii's best game of next year!

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

That's what I have heard or atleast almost done.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

Yeah, they said the game was "almost finished"

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

It's probably done, but now they have six months or a year to fine-tune and add to it

So psyched for this! The originally Galaxy is my Game of the Generation so far.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Six months of fine-tuning should lead to a very, very good game.

I think it will come out in April.

Almost done? Sweet! Hopefully it won't be delayed until holiday of next year....

Can't wait!

Currently Playing: Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart 8, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Smash Bros for Wii U

Predictions:

Super Mario Galaxy will pass Super Mario 64 in total sales CORRECT!

It would be smart for them to wait a while after NSMB Wii, they don't want 2 Mario games too close to each other. I hope they take their time and make it perfect.

Nintendo still doomed?
