Forums - Sony - Source: PS3 getting cross-title voice chat in October

The source for this information has a great track record of posting rumors that turn out to be false. I wouldn't hold your breath on this one. In an odd twist of events, I agree with both kyliedog and kowenicki. Cross game chat is great, but it does suck for the people not in the party. I used to use it all the time in L4D, but it sucked for my teammates.

You are a bad person.

Just what you'd expect from badgenome.

I'm to the point now where I am sick and tired of hearing about this, when Sony officially announces it is going to be in the next firmware then call me.

I think this is a useless feature I spend enough time babbling with people at work I can do without that while playing a game (except if its in game strategy). In game voice chat is good enough.
If I want to talk with a friend I pick up the phone.
Its important that Sony realize not everyone wants this feature so that they can focus on improving other areas.

It would remove an advantage XBL has over PSN.

do you have the phone numbers of everyone on your PSN/xbox live friends list?   and do you you have a really good long distance plan as well?

If TheSource said it, I believe it.

It was just Source, The had nothing to do with it.
