Price drop happened today so that is reason behind bad PS3 sales. ( They waited price drop)

 The Wii will be fine in Japan. You need to stop letting Mario give you some of his mushrooms. Its making you paranoid and its making him move faster than the Flash.

if the 360 can actually top ps3 in japan, that may be the official game over moment for sony

Dropping from 70.000 sales to under 20.000 within 2 months is nothing then normal to be sceptic about it and look around you... I'm not the only one. At least I just say what I think and feel and don't pretend like some do ;)

Its okay Onna, just having a little fun. I never was all that concerned with Wii sales in Japan. As I said in my post on the subject, I would have only been concerned if the PS3 was actually outselling the Wii on a weekly basis. Going from a 7 to 1 ratio, to a 2 to 1 ratio still indicates that you are pulling away from you competitor. The 7 to 1 ratio was just not sustainable.

Well let me get on thread topic now. I think the 360s sales bump is an aberration. Now if it continued to track closely with the PS3 on a weekly basis, I'd be impressed. MS might want to up the number of elites they send to Japan over the next couple of weeks though.

Wow, nice numbers for the 360. MS should really increase the Elite shipments here in JP. Would be nice if the numbers were sustainable. We'll see w/next weeks numbers.
