I really find it difficult agreeing much with that list regardless of the aforementioned omission. Scribblenauts, Beatles: Rockband, Fat Princess and NHL 10 come immediately to mind as better games than half of those listed... personally speaking of course.

I do, however, strongly agree with: The Secret of Monkey Island, Shadow Complex, Resident Evil 5 and Killzone 2... just not their placements.

All of them were released in September and the list probably made the cut at the end of August.

Good point. Certainly makes the list a whole lot more digestable for me.

killzone 2 is in the top 2 shooters of this year and FPS genre is very famous,,,so i don't see why it doesn't deserve it.

top 2 shooters this year:

Call of duty :MW2
Killzone 2

the rest of FPS of this year are good at best and not worth comparing to the games of this caliber, quality wise.

Monkey Island is one of the best games ever made.... it should be number 1 IMO
