Pretty nice list, although I wouldn't put Killzone 2 at number 1 or Street Fighter IV at number 2.

I personally would set Killzone 2 to the bottom of the list and include InFamous in the middle.

WipEout HD Fury , I don't care if it's an add-on. And Fat Princess is better than a couple of games there.

Is this the 10 best games of 2009 or just the 10 GOOD games of 2009? JK JK! My #1 is RE5, but I just got Batman AA yesterday, so I don't know where that might end up. Personally I wouldn't put Killzone 2 anywhere near this list, but it was more of a gameplay style problem and a color-palette issue than a quality issue. I can definitely see why people loved it. Each to their own people, no need to flame others!
